Suffolk University Theatre Department’s “Orlando”

In a stunning display of pure acting ability and flawless costume design, Suffolk University Theatre Department came together to produce “Orlando.” Based off of the 1928 Virginia Woolf novel, the performance follows protagonist Orlando over the course of 4 centuries as he lives the majority of his life as a male, only to wake up one day as a female, yet retains the same thoughts, feelings and emotions that he had while as a male. Tackling such complex concepts seemed like a difficult challenge, but the cast of “Orlando” approached the performance with grace and executed it perfectly. Read the full review here.
